1. Directory Listings & Product Approval

LaunchPaddock is a curated discovery directory for digital products, SaaS platforms, AI utilities, and developer tools:

• Listing Eligibility: All submitted products must represent legitimate, functioning software, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or digital services. Listings containing malware, phishing links, adult material, illegal content, or misleading claims are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately.
• Free Listing (Reciprocal Badge): Free directory listings require placing an official LaunchPaddock dofollow badge on your website's homepage footer. Our automated verification crawler periodically checks your domain. If the badge is removed, your listing may be unverified or temporarily hidden until re-verified.
• Premium Listing (€2.99 One-Time): Provides instant verified publishing, 30 days of highlighted top placement in directory feeds, an initial +500 Traction Score boost, and exemption from the reciprocal homepage badge requirement.

2. Traction Score & Ranking Mechanics

Products are ranked dynamically based on their Traction Score, calculated through user upvotes, initial launch tier points, and active listing longevity. Any artificial manipulation, automated bot voting, or voting fraud is strictly forbidden and results in immediate disqualification and permanent delisting.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All financial transactions for Premium Listings are processed securely by Stripe Inc. in Euros (€):

• Instant Digital Delivery: Premium features, search indexing, backlink publication, and Traction Score boosts are applied automatically upon successful checkout confirmation.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital directory indexing, search engine distribution, and SEO backlink publication, one-time listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been activated in the directory, except where LaunchPaddock fails to publish your listing due to a technical error.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain 100% ownership of all trademarks, logos, copyrights, and intellectual property associated with your submitted software. By submitting a product to LaunchPaddock, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display your product logo, screenshots, name, and description strictly for the purpose of directory listing, indexing, and promotional features across our platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

LaunchPaddock is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we optimize all directory listings for maximum organic search engine discovery and GEO visibility, we make no guarantees regarding specific traffic volumes, revenue conversions, or domain rating changes resulting from your listing.

6. Modifications & Contact

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of LaunchPaddock following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
