By accessing or submitting a product to LaunchPaddock (launchpaddock.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting your software or purchasing sponsorship slots.

1. Directory Submission & Qualification

LaunchPaddock is a curated discovery directory. To maintain platform quality, all submitted products must meet our quality criteria:

• Products must be functional, original digital creations (SaaS, Mobile Apps, AI Tools, Developer Resources, E-Commerce, or Design Assets).
• For free badge-based listings, the reciprocal LaunchPaddock dofollow badge must remain active on your domain. If the badge is removed, your listing may be delisted automatically.
• Submissions containing deceptive code, malware, adult content, or gambling software will be rejected permanently without refund.

2. Paid Sponsorships & Fees

Sponsored placements grant priority homepage positioning and high-visibility badges. Sponsored slots are non-refundable once activated, unless LaunchPaddock fails to deliver the agreed placement duration.

3. Intellectual Property

Makers retain full ownership of their trademarks, software, and brand assets. By submitting your product, you grant LaunchPaddock a non-exclusive license to display your logo, title, and screenshots solely for promotional and directory indexing purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

LaunchPaddock is provided on an "AS IS" basis. While we strive to maximize search indexing and referral traffic, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates, traffic volumes, or search engine ranking positions.

5. Amendments & Contact

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of LaunchPaddock following updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms. For inquiries, email support@launchpaddock.com.
